You receive our products in 2 ways:

•  pick up from our Vrioulon 18 store, New Philadelphia
•  by courier delivery for your small items or by carrier for your own delivery (for items larger than 2kg, you will be informed of the additional shipping costs that may arise by telephone)

            Order cancellation

The order can be cancelled within 2 days from the registration of the order and before its dispatch. Withdrawal or cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:

-Before the order is completed, during the order you can press the "Delete" button located in the "Cart". By clicking on this link, the product is automatically removed from your cart.

-If the online order has been completed , you can contact us at  2102584380 or through the contact form , in order to undertake the cancellation of your order.

- Order delay: Order may be delayed in cases of bank account deposit , since we ship our products as soon as the bank transfer is completed.

After the product has been shipped, the following applies.

            Product returns

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 14 days and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging and physical condition have been violated and are accompanied by the accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).

In the case of return, the user will be charged with the corresponding transport costs, except in cases where, through the fault of the company, the wrong products or products with real defects were sent, in which case we will bear all transport costs of the old and new product.

A claim for refund or withdrawal is only accepted if the products are in their original packaging, not opened.

       Product guarantee

Only the manufacturer's warranty, if any, is provided for the products of the store. The buyer can call us to inform him about the existence of the manufacturer's warranty. The company does not guarantee or warrant protection for suitability of sold product for any specific purpose.
